Apple & Cinnamon Jam
This is a very easy and basic jam recipe. You can also replace apple with any other fruit and follow the same procedure.
The cinnamon adds a very unique flavor to the jam. Highly recommend. However you can alter the measurement of cinnamon as per your taste.
Ingredients:
Apple chopped :1 cup
Sugar :1/2 cup
Cinnamon powder :1/2 - 3/4 tsp
Water :1 cup
Lemon juice :1/2 tsp
