Ingredients
½ Tsp Black Cumin Seeds / Shahjeera
2 Pcs Cinnamon
¼ Tsp Cloves
½ Mace
¼ Tsp Black Pepper Corns
Small pc of Nutmeg
1 Star Anise

3 Black Cardamoms
6 Cardamoms
1 Tbsp Fennel Seeds
1 Tbsp Dried Rose Petals
½ Tsp Carom Seeds
2 Tsp Cumin
3 pcs of Long Pepper
2-3 Bay Leaves
5 Dried whole Red Chillies
¼ Tsp Food Grade Citric Acid
2 Tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Dry Ginger Powder / Saunth
