BORIS Johnson is drawing up plans to suspend Parliament again - just days after the Supreme Court ruled his first attempt "unlawful".
The Commons order paper today confirms that Jacob Rees-Mogg will present the motion:
"ADJOURNMENT (CONFERENCE) That this House, at its rising on Thursday 26 September 2019, do adjourn until Thursday 3 October 2019."
