Lamington cake is an Australian dessert . A sponge cake frosted with chocolate and coated with desiccated coconut. Dark chocolate and coconut give an exotic flavour. Tastes too good when served chill. Do try this yummilicious cake.

Milk – ¼ cup
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Baking soda – ½ tsp
Oil – ¼ cup
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
For chocolate sauce
Dark chocolate – 100 grams
Butter – 2 tbsp
Milk – 2 tbsp
For coating
Desiccated coconut – ½ cup
