I am stocking up my freeze dried food pantry items starting today. Today we are freeze drying several gallons of milk in the XL freeze dryer. We will see how many gallons can be freeze dried per cycle in the Harvestright XL freeze dryer. Once we have the results per cycle, we can figure out how many gallons of milk can be freeze dried per month, per year etc. We are also able to put together a freeze dried milk rehydration formula for easy rehydration.
