Ingredients required: Bottle Gourd (1), Sugar, Milk, Cardamom powder, Cashews, Raisins, Ghee

Step 1: Peel the skin of bottle gourd and Grate it with the help of grater
Step 2: Roast few dry fruits with ghee, then keep aside
Step 3. Add grated bottle gourd to a pan and saute for 4-5min
Step 4: Add milk and cook for 8-10min by closing the lid
Step 5: Once milk evaporates, Add sugar
Step 6: Keep stirring until sugar melts
Step 7: Switch of the flame once it holds halwa shape
Step 8: Add cardamom powder and Roasted dry fruits
Step 9: Ready to serve!
