UPDATE: I just recorded a different video with this mic and noticed a terrible buzz. I went back and found the culprit...my wall charger! Since it's only a two-pronged charger, it doesn't have a ground so it gives off that buzzing, electrical sound when recording. Moral of the story: Always make sure your camera is FULLY CHARGED before recording so you don't have to plug it in and ruin your sound! After I tested the mic with the camera running only on its battery, the sound was just as clear as seen in this video.
In this video I go over a sound test with my new Audio-Technica ATR-3350. I've been wanting to get this mic for a while now so I could have better sound for my videos.
I had been using a cheap-o Radio Shack lapel mic for years but had heard lots of great things from the ATR-3350, so I bought one and now you get to hear the difference! And the great thing is -- as of this video -- it's under $30! Sign up for updates on my Bluegrass Guitar course: [ Ссылка ]
