This is the developer room for FNV: The Frontier. It becomes available after completing one of the main questlines for the NCR Exiles, the Northern Legion, or the Crusaders of Steel. The developers gives commentary about their roles in the making of The Frontier, past & future projects, and some jokes & dank memes.
If you can't find the dev room, it is located at the most northern part of the map, inside the top of a weird lighthouse. Attempting to access the lighthouse before completing the mod nets you a message to finish your journey.
