This Energy Meditation is a first initiation into the elements meditation. It is part 8 of the series of greater intuition and empath skills and the 5th guided meditation.
This session has a long concentration exercise before the actual meditation to start or continue your journey into Elemental Energy Power. This mediation just looks at gaining and building your power later videos will talk more about these and what you can do with them.
Whether you are an energy healer, a shaman, an experienced Tai Chi, Reiki or Qi Gong practitioner this guided meditation will most likely be helpful to you.
This will obviously greatly help your empathic powers later on once fully developed the powers. Whether you are a lightworker or a shadow worker these energies once full harnessed will be extremely powerful for you. It does take a while to build these powerful or balance them with your dominant power if you already naturally have one.
Perhaps you have the knowledge of Hermetics and wish to increase your elemental energies. This guided meditation will help you do that too.
