This man couldn't hide his excitement when his fiancée surprised him with a kitten on his birthday.

Washington-based private piano instructor Alina Matyuk-Pavlun, 20, threw her now husband Ivan Pavlun, 23, a surprise birthday party at her parent's house as he had never had a birthday party before.

She sat him down to give him the kitten as soon as everyone arrived.

Alina said: "I decided to get him a kitten because I wanted a kitten so badly, and he loves them too.
