Chicken stew dalkdoritang(닭도리탕)

Half onion chopped
Sesame oil sate onions in pot

Sauce 6 spoons of red pepper flakes
3spoonsbof red pepper paste
10 spoons soy sauce
1 big spoon of garlic paste
Ginger half spoon
Rice Cooking wine Asian 2 spoons
2 spoons allowed syrup brown rice syrup or honey
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Sesame seeds a lot! However many you want. 2 spoons recommended

550ml water in pot over onions add sauce mix in and add chicken and let simmer for 1 hour. (After 30 minutes you can add potatoes or carrots. Bring back to a boil and lower heat again simmer for another 30 minutes.

3tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp minced garlic
3tbsp red pepper flakes
1tbsp sesame oil
2tbsp brown rice syrup
1 or 2 tbsp sesame seeds
1tbsp brown rice vinegar
Green onions chopped up. 1 or 2 stalks.
