This weeks’ tip is for families with school age children. If you are purchasing a home it is important to consider the education and facilities available in the area you are thinking about buying a home.
Today I was just picking up my grandkids, Tahlia and Lucas, from their house that my daughter and husband recently built and discussed with them what they like about living in their new home.
Lucas liked that he could ride his bike to his friends place as they were so close, he could walk to his school that that was nearby, and could also go to many of the local parks in the area.
Tahlia also liked that she could ride her bike to her friends and most importantly McDonalds! She said that in her old house her friends were really far away, there was not many parks or shops nearby and it was a very old house.
So as my grandkids have discussed, the benefits of these master plan communities are that they build the schools, shopping centres, and transport corridors really close which really creates a sense of community.
