Hello,
Zugspitze, Germany's highest peak, standing 2,962m tall in Garmisch-Partenkirchen´serving as the boder
to Germany and Austria. In the laps of this mountain lies Eibsee. The view of this place is something one wouldn't forget for a very long time. Its Undoubtedly one of the heavens on Earth.
How to reach there?
Well, One can buy a Bayern ticket which is valid all around Munich. With the Bayern ticket
one can reach Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

From Garmisch-Partenkirchen Banhof (Station) one can take the Zugspitze Bahn which is a
mountain Rail. If one has a Bayern Ticket then one can claim a discount on a Zugspitze Bahn ticket.
Alert!!! Zugspitze Bahn is not included in the Bayern ticket so one must buy tickets ( Stations: Garmisch-Partenkirchen to Eibsee)
online or from the billing counter at the station.
There is a bus from the Eibsee station, which will take you to Eibsee in about 20 to 30 mins.

After reaching Eibsee, if one wants to reach the top of Germany's highest peak, there are 2 ways.
1. Take the Zugspitze cable car (quite expensive) or
2. Walk all the way up (only for someone with high spirits)

After coming back from Zugspitze one can enjoy swimming or boating in Eibsee. It's quite pleasant and
one must give it a try.
