It's fully guided so super easy to make!
Sometimes I swap the water for coconut water and will often half the quantities and make it for one. I freeze or chill the leftover fruit for the next day. Use whatever fruit you have on hand and add some nuts or chia seeds if you like.
You simply must try this one!!
