COLUMBUS -- The bomb-sniffing K-9 and her handler who protected in Afghanistan shared an emotional reunion.
For nearly three years Marine Corporal Seth Hill and "Bbazy" served as a team. And for close to a year, Bbazy sniffed out explosives, including those IED's that killed or maimed so many Americans.
But then the K-9 injured her hip and the two were separated.
After more than two years a non-profit called Mission K-9 Rescue" reunited the them.
"There she is (cage opens)." "How are you? How are you? Huh? How are you, you're so skinny. I haven't seen you in forever."
U.S. Marine Corps veteran Corporal Hill will now have a chance to fatten Bbazy up! He said he is adopting her and taking her home to Kentucky.
