This episode is about our experience buying a property in Torrevieja, Costa Blanca, Spain. We bought it in February 2017 and although Brexit has happened everything except the length of time you can spend in the country is pretty much the same. Hopefully, with pressure on the relevant authorities, this may change, lets hope so.
We bought in the area of Altos del Limonar in Torrevieja or as we like to call it "Between the Lakes". Please enjoy our account of buying the property and we hope this may help others understand the buying process and what is involved and how much it costs to buy and then run the house.
