1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Biscoff spread (plus another 1/2 cup for filling)
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp corn starch
1/2 tsp salt
8 oz bakers chocolate (chopped)
Cream the butter, sugars, Biscoff spread together. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well. Add flour, baking soda, corn starch, salt. Mix until combined. Fold in chopped chocolate.
Add half the dough to a greased pan. Drizzle melted 1/2 cup Biscoff spread on top. Add the other half of the dough to the top.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes in glass pan.
If baking in metal pan, bake for less time.
