Welcome back everyone! This wine marks the first wine I've tasted from South Africa and it did not disappoint! This Cabernet Sauvignon was absolutely spectacular to drink and continued to get better as it breathed throughout the evening.

Glenelly Cab Sauv opened up with rich black fruits of Dark Cherry, Stewed Plum, and Black Currant I got aromas of cedar wood and mint leaf to round up the bouquet. This South African Cab has large chalky tannins that balanced so well with this acidic wine. Tasting this wine the fruit were bright and bold on the front of the palate and gave way for a long smokey cigar box finish.
