Today I'm going to show you how to make a blueberry smoothie. This healthy recipe of fruits and juice is going to make you feel great! Start off by putting some ice cubes into my ninja blender, follow that up with some frozen blueberries. Next, you're going to add half an orange, preferably seedless. After that, dump in a container of yogurt. Today I am using strawberry, but use whatever you have, or use blueberry to give it an extra blue kick. Add 3 scoops of ice cream if you're feelin extra fine. Then top it off with about a fourth of the way up of fresh orange juice. This makes two servings, so double or half the recipe for more or less.
