Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is on a four-day visit to the US, led a unique yoga session at the UN Headquarters on June 21 in a historic celebration to commemorate the 9th International Day of Yoga that will see the participation from top UN officials, envoys from across and the world and prominent individuals. PM Modi received a rousing welcome from the Indian diaspora at the Hotel Lotte where he will be staying during his trip to New York. He will hold talks with US President Joe Biden tomorrow, and address a Joint Session of the US Congress in Washington, DC.
