Novel classes including anti-angiogenesis drugs such as bevacizumab, and anti-PARP drugs have considerably improved outcomes. Immunotherapies such as immune checkpoint inhibitors and antibody-drug conjugates have additionally provided alternative treatment strategies for patients.
