If you want to get strong and defined you're in the right place! This is a total body strength builder to improve overall strength as well as tone and tighten your arms, legs, and abs!
We have 3 circuits in this training session. The first 2 will focus on full body strength and then a final circuit that is all about the abs, obliques, and core muscles! This workout includes compound and isolation exercises. I will also offer modifications throughout when applicable!
FULL BODY STRENGTH WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES

- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 15lbs to 50lbs / 7 - 22.5kg

3 TOTAL CIRCUITS (2 FULL BODY & 1 ABS)
2 TIMES THROUGH EACH EXERCISE (FULL BODY)
5 EXERCISES PER CIRCUIT (FULL BODY) 6 EXERCISES PER CIRCUIT (ABS)
FULL BODY CIRCUITS: WORK: 45 SECONDS REST: 20 SECONDS
AB CIRCUIT: WORK: 30 SECONDS REST: 10 SECONDS
