In this vidoe I have shown how to make restaurant style paneer crispy at home.
-INGREDIENTS :
To make the coated & fried paneer strips :
1/2 cup cornflour
1/2 cup maida
Salt to taste
1 tspn red chilli powder
1 tspn ginger garlic green chilli paste
Water
250 gms paneer
Oil for frying
To make the sauce :
1.5 tblspns oil
2 tblspns finely chopped garlic
1 tblspn finely chopped ginger
1 big green chilli slit
1/2 cup tomato ketchup
1 tblspn red chilli sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
Cornflour slurry ( 1.5 tblspn cornflour + 3 tblspn water )
Salt
