Ingredients:
▢3-4 cups thinly sliced head of green cabbage
▢1 cup of thinly sliced red cabbage
▢2 cups shredded carrots
▢1-2 thinly sliced green onions (optional)
Vinaigrette dressing
▢1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
▢1-2 tablespoons honey (sub with sugar ) , adjust to desired sweetness
▢¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
▢2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
▢1 teaspoon minced garlic (optional)
▢salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
