In this update for Project 291, I'm mapping out the new 30 acre parcel driveway and cabin site. This leg of the project is pretty exciting and we are all pretty excited to finally get started!

Another near real time exploration and mapping adventure. We just sold (got a contract signed) a 30 acre parcel which is part of our 'Project 291' which is our Southern Illinois investment property that we just purchased. In today's episode we will mark out the new/future private driveway through the woods of the 30 acre parcel, and we will also mark out the new/future cabin site clearing as well. As usual we'll have some fun and enjoy some fresh air, so we hope you'll join us vicariously! This new series is our next land investment project as we are purchasing this Southern Illinois 291 acre property and exploring it, improving it and selling some parcels from it for an investment. Our overall plan for this Project 291 will be revealed later on in the series, but it is an investment property and the goal is to make some income, by using our bobcat e42 r2 series mini excavator, out bobcat T650 CTL skid steer and Kioti tractor to make the improvements that neglected property needs in order to sell it. We'll be making a new road system, some camper/cabin site clearings, food plot clearings, some watering ponds and other machine work to improve it to a near turn key, beautiful Southern Illinois deer hunting or recreation property.
