Ingredients:
Cardamom 4 pcs
Coriander seeds 1 Tbs
Almonds 10-12 pcs
Roasted Chana 2 Tbs
Red Button Chili 6-8 Pcs
Cumin Seeds 1 Tbs
Beef Mince ½ Kg
Oil ½ Cup
Onion Chopped ½ Cup
Garam Masala powder 1 Tsp
Ginger-Garlic paste 1 Tbs
Nutmeg-Mace powder ¼ Tsp
Red Chili powder 1 Tsp
Raw Papaya Paste 2 Tbs
Salt as per taste
Yogurt 4 Tbs
Method:
Roast following ingredients at low flame for 2-3 minutes:
Almond
Red button chili
Cumin seeds
Coriander Seeds
Cardamom
Roasted chana
Now keep it cool and grind these ingredients well.
Now add this grinded ingredients with:
Beef mince
and also add:
Raw papaya paste
Yogurt
Red chili powder
Garam masala powder
Nutmeg-mace powder
Ginger-garlic paste
Salt
Now mix it well and marinate for 2-3 hours. After 3 hours fry onion in oil till golden and add marinated mince and stir 3-4 minutes. Now add water 1-1/2 and mix it and cover for 30-40 minutes at low flame. When its oil separated and mice will tender give charcoal smoke for 5 minutes and garnish with green chili, ginger slices, coriander and onion rings
