Apparently you can walk around in the cutscene area at the end of Tahu Nuva's level. However, it does not seem possible to get here without mods. I had to edit Tahu Nuva's initial coordinates so he would spawn on the ground of this area, and I used the coordinates of a lightstone near it for reference. Like the intro cutscene area, this area has working collision and some ambient sound. There is also a seemingly unique texture in the circular area with the pillars that does not show up anywhere else in the game.
