In 2015, Ammar met friends Thomas Brag and Matt Dahlia to start the experiment that would later become a worldwide phenomenon. The power of Yes has taken the group of friends all over the world, and created a community that revolves around the slogan “Seek Discomfort.” It’s even allowed Ammar to direct their first feature documentary, Project Iceman.
