Zumba cardio latin dance routine set to the song Kola Loca.
There are lots of intensity options to take this routine from low impact / low cardio to higher intensity / high cardio. The legs and hips will make a big difference to cardio, Remind class this is an opportunity to workout the abs and core.
This is a reggaeton / cubaton style song (admit I am still working on choreography YES I know this is not awesome dancing - it is a fitness routine LOL & will likely be back with another routine for this)
