Jeff Schoep is the founder of "Beyond Barriers," a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to a new approach to countering and preventing extremism.
He once led the National Socialist Movement (NSM), which was the largest and most active neo-Nazi group in the United States. According to the southern poverty law center they were known for the crudeness of its propaganda, and the violence it worked hard to provoke.
In March 2019 he became the highest-profile former white nationalist to ever walk away from far-right extremism in the USA. Since then, Jeff has been an outspoken advocate against the ideology that he had been a part of for 27 years, making him uniquely qualified to understand extremism and extremist ideologies.
We talk about such topics as:
-The NSM 25-Point Plan
-The name of the Nationalist Socialist Movement- Is it Far Right or Far Left within politics
-Flying of the Nazi flag and confederate flag- How does this fit in with being an American?
-Can you hate people you have never met? It is done through fear, thinking through the minds of others, and grouping people together. I think we discredit generalizations.
-The Protocols of the Elders of Zion is- a Jewish conspiracy theory that has been found to be a fraud.
-How did Jeff walk away from the NSM after 27 years?
-We discuss Love to counter Hate
Jeff Schoep: Former Leader of National Socialist Movement is now promoting Love Instead Of Hate

Walk a Mile in My shoes is an open discussion trying to bring the world together by understanding each other. We want to walk a mile in your shoes and hoping you can walk a mile in our shoes. I agree that a mile is a long walk but maybe we can learn to love instead of hate.
