Okra water or Okra Juice
Here's a fun and unique recipe for pickled okra using a 16oz bottle, 4 okras cut up, and pineapple juice.
Ingredients:
- 4 okras, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 16oz bottle or jar with a tight-fitting lid
- Enough pineapple juice to fill the bottle
Instructions:
1. Wash and dry the okras thoroughly. Cut them into bite-sized pieces that will fit into the bottle.
2. Place the okra pieces into the bottle, packing them tightly but leaving some room at the top.
3. Pour pineapple juice into the bottle, making sure to completely submerge the okra pieces.
4. Close the lid tightly and shake the bottle gently to ensure the pineapple juice is distributed evenly.
5. Place the bottle in the refrigerator and let it soak for 72 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the okra to pickle.
