I use Brewfather as my brewing software.

Had another nice and smooth brewday today, only minor issue was a slightly slower than normal sparge, had to stir the grist bed a couple of times to get the throughput but it only took a couple of minutes longer than normal.

Hit the pre boil gravity spot on at 1.039, just missed the recipe OG of 1.044 by .02 [1.042] the Mash Efficiency was on the money at 82% and the batch Brewhouse Efficiency was 72%, 1% down on the recipe efficiency.

Hopefully will end up with a quality Weissbier when the fermentation and conditioning is done and dusted.

**Fermentation Update**
Pitched the yeast @ 10.50am today [brewday 25/5/20] by 9pm fermentation has started and at present has airlock activity every 6-7 seconds...wow, first time using the Yeast Labs 3068 Weihenstephan Weizen so unsure as to how quickly or not fermentation starts...
