Full snatch session from the end of a back off week/week 3(?) of quarantine. Very light and very technical focused up to 3 waves of 75-80-85 with about 1 minute rest between each set. Normally I wouldn't share specific details about my session, but this was a pretty simple piece of a deload workout. All warm ups shown from empty bar to final set of snatches.
