Buffalo chicken, a perfect starter for a party. Chicken pieces are shallow fried or deep fried and then coated with a sauce consisting of red pepper sauce, vineagar, butter etc.
Ingredients
For the sauce.
*Red pepper sauce -1/4 cup
* chilli flakes - few
* Worcestershire sauce- 2tsp
* Vinegar - 11/2
tsp
*Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
*Brown sugar - 2tsp
* Butter -1/4 cup
* Salt - to taste.
Whisk everything nicely and bring it to a boil.
Chicken cut in to cubes- 200g
* Maida- 3 tbs
*Egg - 1
* Bread crumbs seasoned with little thyme, basil and chilli flakes
