Decaf Margarita:
Build in shaker
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lime Juice
1 oz. or 30 ml. Cointreau
2 oz. or 60 ml. Tequila
Two bar spoons of instant decaf coffee
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass
Garnish with a lime wheel

Espresso Martini with Bay Leaves:
Build in shaker
2 oz. or 60 ml. Vodka
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Kahlua
1 oz. or 30 ml. Cold Brew
.25 oz. or 7 ml. Simple Syrup
Add bay leaves
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass

Espresso Martini with Bailey's:
Build in shaker
2 oz. or 60 ml. Vodka
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Kahlua
1 oz. or 30 ml. Cold Brew
.25 oz. or 7 ml. Simple Syrup
.5 oz or 15 ml. Baileys
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass

Pisco-less Sour:
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lemon Juice
1 oz. or 30 ml. Simple Syrup
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Water
1 Egg white
Dry shake
Add ice and shake again
Strain into glass

Milk Old Fashioned:
Build in glass over ice cube
2 oz. or 60 ml. Whiskey (Woodford Reserve)
Few bar spoons simple syrup
Few dashes of Angostura
Stir
Add Milk
Garnish with an Orange Peel

Titos Old Fashioned:
Build in glass over ice cube
2 oz. or 60 ml. Vodka (Titos)
Few bar spoons simple syrup
Few dashes of Angostura
Stir
Garnish with an Orange Peel

Long Island Iced Tea w/ Red Bull:
Build in glass over ice
.75 oz. or 21 ml. Vodka
.75 oz. or 21 ml. White Rum
.75 oz. or 21 ml. Tequila
.75 oz. or 21 ml. Gin
.75 oz. or 21 ml. Triple Sec
Fill with Red Bull
