CHICKEN JHATPAT Written Recipe :
Ingredients :
Chicken 16 pcs 1 kg
For Marination:
Salt 1 tsp
black pepper 1 tsp
chili powder 1 tsp
ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
mustard paste 1 tsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
Onion cut into rings 1
Capsicum cut into rings 1
Tomato slice 1
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Orange color a pinch
METHOD :
Marinate chicken with the given ingredients for 1 hour. Heat oil, add garlic, fry for a minute, add marinated chicken, fry for 5 mins, add in 1 cup water, cover, and simmer till half done, add in all the seasonings and sauces with water 1 cup, cover, and cook till chicken done. Lastly, add vegetables, leave it for 5 mins, and serve.
