Today we are looking at one of the worst school massacres in Brazil, the Suzano School Massacre committed by former student Guilherme Taucci Monteiro and his friend Luiz Henrique de Castro on 13 March 2019 leaving 9 dead and 11 injured.

We will explore the motivations of the pair, the events that transpired on 13 March 2019 as well as the political reactions to the shooting.
