Teaching:
• Start in supine position with knees bent and heels on ground
• Lift toes up and keep them up
• Hug one of your knees into your chest
Coaching:
• Keep knee in line with ankle and drive hips up by squeezing glute
• Hold for prescribed amount of time lower in control and repeat
Common Errors:
• Athlete is using hamstrings rather than glutes
• Hips are too high or too low
