This lick actually isn't that hard. It's the speed that makes it so difficult to play. You can adapt this type of lick to most styles of jamming tracks but this sounds especially cool, over a 90's styled rock track. Enjoy.

Technique;
Slow and even is the key for this lick, build gradually but keeping the fluency there at all times. If its not sounding fluent, take a step back and slow it down.
