The Alternate Cable Cast On is a great method for casting on in pattern for K1P1 (1x1) Rib. It takes a little more time than a quick cast on like the Long-tail cast on but the extra time is definitely worth it - it creates an almost invisible edge (no harsh cast on line) that looks so professional
