Kalamay lansong is native Filipino kakanin that is very chewy and sticky with the right amount of sweetness that everybody will surely love.
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups glutinous rice flour
3 cups coconut milk
1 1/2 cup sugar
coconut cream for latik
Make a latik.
Mix all the ingredients well until free from lumps.
Transfer to a pan lined with banana leaves.
Steam for 45 mins (water must be boiling)
Transfer to a plate or bilao if available.
Put latik on top.
Serve and enjoy.
