Resep XXL Chicken Geprek. Ayam geprek menjadi salah satu makanan favorit banyak orang di Indonesia. Variasinya pun beragam, kali ini aku akan membuat XXL chicken yang krispi dipadukan dengan sambal khas geprek yang pedas.

Resep XXL Chicken Geprek (untuk 2 porsi)

Bahan:
1 pasang dada ayam fillet
Air secukupnya
1 bungkus Kobe Tepung Bumbu Putih

Sambal geprek:
20 buah cabai rawit merah
3-4 siung bawang putih
2 gr terasi, bakar
50-80 ml minyak panas
½ sdt garam
¾ sdt penyedap

Lainnya:
Nasi putih
Minyak untuk menggoreng

Langkah:
1. Bagi dua dada ayam fillet kemudian belah 3 dan tutup dengan cling wrap lalu pukul-pukul dengan menggunakan rolling pin
2. Rendam ayam dengan air secukupnya
3. Siapkan Kobe Tepung Bumbu Putih di dalam mangkuk besar, lumuri ayam yang sudah basah ke dalam tepung hingga benar-benar rata. (Tepung dipakai dalam kondisi kering, tepung jangan ditambah air)
4. Siapkan minyak panas, kecilkan api lalu goreng ayam hingga cokelat keemasan
5. Untuk sambal geprek, ulek bawang putih, terasi, dan garam hingga halus, masukkan cabai rawit dan penyedap kemudian ulek lagi sesuai tingkat kehalusan yang diinginkan kemudian siram dengan minyak panas, aduk rata
6. Letakkan ayam yang sudah digoreng, lalu geprek bersama sambal
7. Sajikan xxl chicken geprek dengan nasi putih sebagai pelengkap

Crispy, Savory, Spicy! XXL Chicken Geprek Recipe

Chicken Geprek is a favorite of many people in Indonesia. It comes in many varieties. This time, I’m making a crispy XXL Chicken with spicy Geprek Sambal.

XXL Chicken Geprek Recipe (yield 2 servings)

Ingredients:
1 pair chicken breast fillet
Water, as needed
1 pack Kobe Tepung Bumbu Putih (Kobe White Seasoned Flour)

Geprek Sambal:
20 pc red bird’s eye chili
3-4 clove garlic
2 g shrimp paste, roasted
50-80 ml hot oil
½ tsp salt
¾ tsp flavor enhancer

Others:
Rice
Oil for frying

Steps:
1. Halve the breast fillet and slice each into three continuous sections. Cover with a plastic wrap and pound with a rolling pin.
2. Soak the chicken in water, as needed.
3. Prepare the Kobe White Seasoned Flour in a large bowl. Coat the wet chicken with the flour evenly. (The flour should be dry. Do not mix with water)
4. Prepare hot oil. Lower the heat, then fry the chicken until golden brown.
5. For the Geprek Sambal, mash garlic, shrimp paste, and salt until smooth on a stone bowl. Add the bird’s eye chili and flavor enhancer. Mash to the desired texture, then pour the hot oil in. Stir.
6. Mash the fried chicken with Sambal.
7. Serve XXL Chicken Geprek with rice.
