Do you've oatmeal and 2 eggs? You'll love this simple and delicious breakfast recipe
Ingredients:
236ml/1 cup Quick oats
236ml/1 cup Milk
¼ Cabbage
1tsp Salt
20g Green onion
20g Parsley
2 Eggs
Black pepper
A pinch of crushed red pepper
Olive oil or butter
Recipe:
236ml/1 cup Quick oats
236ml/1 cup milk
Soak for 10 minutes
Grate ¼cabbage into thin strips
Place in the bowl
Add 1tsp salt
Mix well and set aside for 10 minutes
After 10 minutes, squeeze the water out of the cabbage
Chop 20g green onion
Add into the bowl
Chop 20g parsley
2 Eggs
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
A pinch of crushed red pepper
Mix well
Olive oil or others
Add the oats mixture into the pan
Flatten with a spatula
Sprinkle some black sesame seed (optional)
Cook for 3-5 minutes on medium heat
Flip over with a plate
Cook for another 3 minutes
Done!
