We went for a tour and tasting at Holyrood Distillery in Edinburgh. They don't have any of their own whisky available yet but they have been making lots of other cool things!

Nick showed us around and gave us LOADS of lovely samples! We loved the idea and the stories behind the heritage malt bottlings and really liked their ethos and the experimental nature of the distillery.
