Nebraska used to be feared by their opponents back in the day. From 1962 to 2001, the program built by legendary coaches Bob Devaney and Tom Osborne won 398 games, 44 more than the second-most winning team, Penn State, in that period. Since Osborne's retirement, the program has fallen off a cliff. Scott Frost was supposed to turn the program around but after four miserable years and a 16-31 record, he was fired. Now Nebraska will turn to Matt Rhule who makes his triumphant return to college football. In this video, I discuss the history of Nebraska football and how it went from the top of the college football world to the bottom of the Big Ten. Can this program be fixed?
