More Mendocino County on tonight’s #travelmemory menu.
Devil’s Punchbowl seems to be the star attraction on the Headlands Trail in Russian Gulch State Park. The photo worthy sinkhole was created when a portion of a tunnel, created by constant pounding ocean waves, collapsed.
But for me, the best view came at the end of the hike, when I caught a glimpse of the Frederick W. Panhorst Bridge. It’s s beauty.
