I was on the I-59 Southbound in the Sharpstown area. I entered the left most lane and saw a car in the rear view mirror coming up hot. I decided to speed up to try to get out of the fast lane. There were cars blocking me on the right. The speeders decided to drive in the left shoulder. The drivers swerved towards me as he was passing me on the right. I realized after watching the dashcam video that he might have lost control due to the debris in the shoulder. It was a scary experience. Drive safely Houstonians!
