We don't usually go to Anchorage for our adventures, unless we are heading to Turnagain Arm. It's right on Anchorage's doorstep by Alaska standards and has many cool adventures we like to do as well as some awesome scenery. Today we were headed to the 20 mile river to try to dip net some hooligan and maybe catch a glimse of a beluga whale along the way. This trip didn't disapoint and our on shore whale watching gave us a once in a lifetime surprize! #HowtoAlaska
