MURANO and BURANO, are one of the most beautiful places to visit in Venice! Check these islands if you're around Venice, Italy.

On our last day in Venice, we took a day trip to visit the beautiful islands of Murano and Burano. It's just a quick boat ride from Venice City.

In Murano, we were able to see some glass blowing in action! It was so interesting and the guide told us all about the story of the island, and how they become professional glass masters. It only cost us 6 euros (per person) to see the glass-blowing demonstration.

Later we visited Burano which is known for lace work and crocheting. But most famously Burano has these iconic colourful houses. It's just stunning and so well-kept, love walking these streets.
