1 lb cleaned large to extra large shrimp
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup washes and rinsed long grain rice
2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp yellow curry paste
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon powder
16 fl oz pure coconut water
2 to 3 scallions (separate the whites from the green and chop)
garnish with scallion greens
garnish with fresh squeezed lime juice
garnish with fresh chopped cilantro
